Had a 30-minute phone screen then 1-hour pair coding assessment the next day. Interviewer didn't remember me. The interviewer complained about having too many applicants and rushed the process. The interviewer was highly distracted on their phone and kept talking about how they hoped we would end early. I solved the question correctly on time but I feel the company had found good applicants before my interview. It was a complete waste of time from the beginning.
