Filled out an application and it was a very short window for the company to reach back out to me. I was given a small interview over the phone. They said I sounded like a great fit and then I was told to take a small test and after they sent over an email stating I was a great fit and how to get started in the hiring process. I was sent a link to have a video call conference and was given a run down of what they do and expect. I was then sent contract details and I read the contract multiple times over the span of 1 week trying to make my decision of whether I would like to join their company. I did not like what I saw in the contract about training pay and how it would be minimum wage according to what state I live in and for an extended amount of time. I ended up declining the offer after a follow up phone call came to me.
