Phone briefing with very nice recruiter. In person interview with CEO and COO in their offices. We met for over an hour and it was clear toward the end that the CEO was interested. We talked details of salary and when I could start. He said they would be in contact within two weeks, if not next week because the CEO was traveling. Then nada. Four weeks pass with no response whatsoever. One would think that I would at least get a note saying we are not hiring right now or delaying the process or simply "not a fit, thank you." The recruiter was nice and said she would try to reach the CEO and he was traveling, mentioned that I was the only candidate she brought forth.
