Horrible. Recruited for two different roles. Feedback was extremely positive after 3 rounds of interviews. The day after the first interview, when I thought I was getting an offer, I was told that the needs of the position were re-evaluated and the job title has been changed to a higher level role. This happened twice, for two different teams and completely different roles, within the course of a month. The interviewers were also new to the company and had only been there for a couple months.
