For the first interview, they just had me come in and code a solution to a programming problem in the language of my choice. The problem wasn't very difficult conceptually, she seemed to just want to hear my approach.

Entrevista
30 min HR screen, 1 hour coffee with VP of Engineering, discussion of skills and experience with CTO, followed finally by an onsite interview. The people I spoke were all excited about the work they were working on, professional, and friendly.
