The interview process isn't extremely difficult, but it is lengthy. It's not hard to tell if you've done well on the practice run, but good luck actually getting the job. I applied three or four times before I was finally accepted.

They asked a lot of questions about grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc., and then asked me to transcribe a sample piece of audio.
