4 step interview process in which I was required to take a grammer multiple choice choice test, complete a 100-300 word written test, then listen to a recording and type out what was said. That was the toughest part and surprisingly i didnt think i would make it to the next step. But i did!
It was easy. Just a short audio file. and also a grammar test. Mostly choice answers. You'll wait for the results , some times it takes just a short period of time.
You need to pass a toting test and submit a sample of your work to assess your writing and language proficiency skills. Then once you pass, if you are accepted, you will be able to get trained and have your work graded and paid for.

You need to pass a typing test and submit a sample of your writing (ie answer some basic questions)
Easy process to get in as long as you trust your dialect and no human interaction at all. All you do is to pass the Transcription part and English MCQ.
