I interviewed for a Senior Client Success Manager position at RethinkFirst and had a very positive experience throughout a multi-stage process that spanned a few months. The journey included conversations with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Hiring Manager, the VP of Engagement and Enablement Strategy, a mock QBR presentation for the Hiring Manager and VP of Operations, and a final follow-up.
Every interaction felt warm, collaborative, and genuinely enthusiastic. The team was clearly passionate about their mission and values, and that energy came through in every conversation. The mock QBR was the most challenging part — higher pressure and less structured — but I received constructive and encouraging feedback. I was given three slides and asked to build a deck around a fictional client, which felt fairly standard based on what I heard from mentors in the field.
Communication was generally clear and approachable, even if not always perfectly detailed. I felt comfortable asking questions and was treated with respect and transparency throughout. Ultimately, I received a generous offer and accepted it.
I’d absolutely recommend interviewing with RethinkFirst to others — the people are genuine, the process is thoughtful, and the company’s mission around mental health and neurodiversity is inspiring.
