Hiring process started out extremely well. Moved very quickly and made it to final rounds but was ghosted afterwards which is disappointing. Regardless of the team’s decision, it would be courteous to receive an update. Interviewing takes time and preparation - it’s the least you could provide as a recruiter.

There were 4 rounds:- Technical 1 Technical 2 Managerial Cultural Fit Like every organizations these days. The process took almost 1.5 months and most of the communications were through phone calls. The recruiter was in constant contact with me giving all updates regarding my previous rounds and gave insights about future rounds.
