2 face to face interviews . 2nd interview involves taking the head of ops and recruitment through findings within the data. this also included a Excel test so quite a bit of work to do before your 2nd interview. didn't get much time to complete to complete these tasks however if you're right for the role you shouldn't find this too difficult.
