The interview process was fairly traditional. I applied initially. Did a screener interview, then met with the hiring manager. After the hiring manager, I was given a take home assignment with one hour to complete. After that, I was invited for a final round interview where I met with eight people individually on both the legal and business side of the company. Some of the interviews were the more the "vibes" type interviews whereas others asked more technical questions. RBI was communicative and responsive throughout the process.

The interview process is rigorous, but to the benefit of both the company and the applicant. I was able to meet with a broad group of individuals with whom I would be working with and came away with a good sense of the role and the culture of the company. The recruiter kept me well informed throughout as to next steps and where I was along the process.
