The interview process was very detailed. It began with a phone screening, then a video call, followed by a case study interview in front of 5 managers, and finishing with 3 individual video call interviews with various high ranking members.

I had a very smooth and well communicated interview experience with RBI. The recruiters and HR team did a great job at coordinating my interview schedule, and taking in consideration the three hour time difference between the East and West coasts. Everyone that I interviewed with was plesant, which excited me more about the RBI brand and opportunity to joining the team if Field Trainers.
