These folks have you do an elaborate multi-step process, which includes doing a non-trivial amount of work on an assignment. Then, after the final interview (with the CEO, which seemed to go well from my perspective), he said "Someone will be in touch" and the company proceeded to GHOST. Says loads about the type of company and I'm left feeling like I dodged a bullet 100%. I would avoid this workplace - this kind of thing is unacceptable nowadays. I don't need a handwritten note but literally send an email and at least let people know after they have spent an inordinate amount of time jumping through your multiple hoops.
