This interview process was one of the strangest ones that I've been apart of. The first step was a panel of people that not just interviewed me, but for other candidates as well. However, the other candidates applied for different jobs. All the panel members did was ask everyone two to three questions (see below) max and then the interview was pretty much over. They said they would contact everyone if they made it to the next round, which they said was a more comprehensive one-on-one interview. I never was contacted again after that. I don't know how they would judge an applicant just by asking only two questions.
