One phone screen with recruiter who reached out via LinkedIn, and one video interview with hiring Director. Role was a good fit. I think my perceived age (i.e. gray hair) threw them off as a bad cultural fit unfortunately.

Just a quick recruiter call, then a couple of days later she got back to me saying hiring manager wants to connect and asked for my availability. I shared mine and she said she will check and get back to me. Two weeks nothing, I followed up and still nothing.. very unprofessional..

Had a great experience. Very nice team , warm and very proficient in knowledge. Interviewed with the Digital team, and some great team members. From the discussion, I can believe they have some great work culture in the org.
