End of Mar: Generic rejection email. No feedback even after email and phone (always goes to voice email) requests.
Very disappointed they way they treated after 3 interviews, no respect for applicants.

Entrevista
1) Submit a resume (around 400 applications total)
2) Submit a video in response to a question (something like "how have you displayed leadership and innovation in a past project?")
3) On-site interview as well as company tour (around 40 applicants)
4) Offer (around 12 applicants)
The on-site interview was accompanied by a couple of presentations, a company tour and some activities with the other applicants. The actual interview consisted mainly of behavioral questions such as "How did you deal with disagreements in past group projects" and "How have you displayed creativity and innovation".
