I received the call from Resilinc HR, asked basic details like years of experience & technologies used. And scheduled F2F interview in weekdays. First Round was Prescreening Technical, they tested whether you know basic concepts which you have mentioned in your CV.(20 mins Day 1) Second Round was Technical Round, Interviewed by two Developers, Interview questions on Java, SQL, and Analytical skill.(40 mins Day 1) After 2-3 days Third round was HR discussion. Basic discussion about work life in Resilinc, Salary and HR was so negative about I have notice period on 90 days. And she told me we are a small organization and could not afford 90 days of notice period(20 mins Day 2) Fourth round was Director's Interview He asked some basic questions DataBase. He was also negative about the 90 days notice period.(20 mins Days 2). Asked to leave for day and HR will get back to you. After again 2-3 days I received call for Salary discussion. And Second call I received same day after 30 mins and Told me that HR is not available we will call you once she is back. Passed more than one month no update from HR. I did took follow up with HR but no response.
