Went pretty well. Had two interview sessions, with the program manager and with the director. Questions were relevant to the job, and explored enough insight about myself personally. It also included some questions about personal ambition/mission.

The interview process was conducted directly with both HR and the User in a single session. HR focused on discussing my background and motivation for applying for the position. Meanwhile, the User asked questions related to the relevance of my experience to the responsibilities of the position. The interview was conducted in both Indonesian and English, allowing me to demonstrate my communication skills in both languages.
