Early stage start up, so there wasn't a concrete process but it 4 rounds with a presentation to Sr.leadership.
The process was smooth overall, the hiring manager was managing the process.
The people are excellent- good and smart. The hiring manager was very transparent through the process on the next steps along with giving feedback.
I made it all the way to the final round and was asked to work on a presentation which I did and sent before hand.
Post that round, the company and the hiring manager went silent- no feedback , no contact what so ever.
The only benefit I can give them is that hiring was frozen / plans changed - but would have liked to know. Closure either way is key.
While I think the product and business Residently is trying to build is long term and quite capital intensive in the short term- It has a big marke it can operate in.
Overall- my experience was mixed as I like the people but the ghosting has left somewhat of a bitter taste.
One thing which caught my attention is that in one round- the interviewer insisted on having the video on when it was to be a audio call- did not go down well with me.
