I got interviewed by phone in January and was told I’d be contacted within the next few days for a second interview. Fast forward to March and they just reached out to me asking if I’m still interested. I tell them yes and they still wait 2 more weeks to even give me a second interview date, (no time, location, or any other information was given) just a day. I was told I’d receive a confirmation email with all the details I needed and I never received it. Long story short, the communication is lacking and this process is taking way longer than it should. Would not recommend.

1 phone interview with Hr, and 1 in person interview with department manager and hr. Very casual and easy going process. Very quick as well. After both interviews I was scheduled for a drug test at a nearby facility, then started work the next week.
