I had a great interview experience with RAC. I heard from the COO two days after I applied online and she had me in for an interview the following day. The interview was very laid back and conversational. It was one of the most comfortable interviews I have ever been on. I received a follow up call the next Monday and she made me an offer. The whole process took a week from when I applied to when I was hired.
