Applied through friends. got interview after few days. The interview is not really hard. mainly discussing previous experiences you had and behavior questions so don't be stressful. The more customer services experience you have the easier you will find in the interview. ok

I applied online through hcareers.ca. 30 minute pre-interview screening before setting up a formal interview with HR. Overall took about 2 weeks. The interview was casual conversation with questions. Described the role and asked how I could contribute to the position.
