Shortlisted by third party, 2 rounds interview. 1st round was face to face with HR and 2nd was with CEO. Even after articulating on expected salary the HR said we cannot give you much increment. I was interviewed on Saturday and HR said that he will call on Tuesday for interview. I requested for an official email invite to which he agreed. On Tuesday morning I got a medical emergency and was unavailable to attend call. When I returned home I saw 10-15 missed calls, I called them back and they were requesting to come for a face to face round with CEO the next day. It was unprofessional approach and I reiterated my expectations of salary to which the HR said he will revert back in few mins as he was having lunch. Since then there was not even a single call from HR during the day. I informed the third party and requested to withdraw the application in immediate basis.
