I was emailed by the hiring manager and invited to a phone interview. They then decided they would prefer to meet in person and we arranged a coffee meeting. The hiring manager was emotionally intelligent and passionate about the company's mission. I was asked to complete a task, which I did, and then I was invited to a second interview in the office, with the hiring manager and Head of Communications. We discussed the task I had completed and I received some challenging questions. At the end of this meeting I was offered the position. The hiring manager was professional, personable and understanding during every interaction. It was a very positive experience.
