First they will select your resume and then call for Face 2 Face Later they will give you an assignment and again call for discussion if they find your assignment really good. After the assignment I was selected and was asked to submit all my documents. Later after a week they informed they dont have the budget for the role.Crazy bunch of people waste candidate’s and their own time.They wastes entire month of mine.
