A recruiter from Republic Services emailed me asking to set up an interview. I responded an hour later and sent a follow-up email two days later. It has now been more than two weeks and I have been totally ignored.

It was smooth and relaxed. The interviewer had a welcoming persona. The interview was over teams and u was supposed to have one panel but someone else joined in on the call. Both individuals had a welcoming persona.

The recruiter was late for the phone interview. The second interview was the next day and the hiring manager was late to that interview. This tells me that my time isn't valued.

Interview was casual and friendly at the job site. Relaxed atmosphere, with hiring and area manager. I presented several projects related to the job position and also reviewed the existing documentation of the site permits,
