The interview consisted of a phone interview and a Zoom interview. I was able to schedule a time for the phone interview, which took about 15 minutes total. It consisted of general questions about my background, what knowledge I had of RentSpree and an explanation fo the job. The second interview was done via Zoom and had more in depth questions. I also got to meet with the team I would be working with, which was really nice to do before accepting the job. The total process took about 2 - 3 weeks to complete.
