Applied online. Emailed to follow up on application and got a response after a few weeks. Had a 30 min virtual video screen with recruiter. Was sent a link for a personality test. Then a 30 min virtual interview with department managers. Final step was ~4hr on-site interview with team and upper management. HR took a while to get back to me after each step and I had to follow up multiple times about the status of my application. They seemed disorganized. Almost all the interviews were very informal, and some interviewers on-site were so informal to the point of making inappropriate comments. HR made it seem like I was going to get an offer after the site visit and asked for references. They said I would hear by end of week. Heard nothing and I followed up the next week to be told I wasn't getting an offer. At the time I was bummed but now after accepting a position elsewhere it seems like I dodged a bullet.
