I was interviewing with Renewal Care for over two months. I began with a phone interview, and then met just about everyone on the team, skyped with the director, role played relevant situations (multiple times) and more. And then after two and a half months, they dropped me. Incredibly rude to string someone out like that, lead them on, and then just drop. Use caution when interviewing with Renewal.
