Thank you for your feedback on our interview process. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for transportation on an interview since you are not an employee of our company during an interview. Since you've accepted the offer, when you do come in for training, please reach out to HR with this concern and we should be able to find a solution for you.
We do understand that the business to business role we do for Staples, is not for everyone. The field day interview is meant to have everyone we are considering for the position get a clear picture of what the expectations are for the entry level position, what out clients hire us to do in the markets they want us to target and to go over a standard average compensation breakdown. I hope this clarifies some of your concerns.
