It first had written test includes technical and aptitude it is very unique one I have attended before , written test s like they even have some personal questions which test writing and reading skills and once you selected for it you have technical face to face interview in this they will ask about your project and some technical stuff . After that they will be personal interview and also they will say about company rules and regulations
