I applied via mail and got a reply after 1 1/2 weeks. First I had an interview with a current employee that used to be an intern. The first part was a normal interview in terms of questions about my past experiences and my motivation. The second part was more practical and similar to a role play/ discussion. In the end it was very relaxed and I could ask the current employee a lot of questions about her time as an intern. Within the next hour after the interview I got an email that the director of the company Paul Jarrett would like to have an interview with me too. A few days later I had the interview with Paul via Skype. He already explained what I can expect if I join and he introduced me to the rest of the Renaix team. The Skype call lasted over an hour and was very insightful. He let me know that a few other people are going to be interviewed in the next week for the role as an intern and that I can expect a quick feedback after that. I got the feedback after one week.
