      Entrevista

      I was asked to particpate in 7 Interviews, with 11 participants, that spanned 12 weeks including multiple discussions with Co-Founders. Role was highly Technical and I was never asked a Technical Question. I was never provided any feedback following Interviews, just only advised usually at my initiation, there would be another interview, until I was advised the company chose to proceed with other candidates. (No problem). After the last Interview, I was ghosted until I requested feedback, that came a week later. I was only advised at the end they had eliminated me from consideration, with no additional feedback of any perceived deficiencies or mis-fit. I was never asked to visit the site (local), meet anyone F2F. Never was presented any meaningful explanation of the current state of the company or any key initiatives. Interview was always about Soft Skills related to how to motivate and make team members feel comfortable in thier role. Interview was not Diificult, they asked the same questions every time but duration of the process, lack of feedback and ability to make decisions was extremely frustrating and probably very telling of the Corporate Culture

      This review is either completely fabricated or is meant for a different company. We are a small firm; we have never done a group interview and we have never interviewed anyone more than twice. Usually, we do one face-to-face interview. Sometime arrangements are made if the candidate has a good reason that it would be difficult for them to come into our offices for a face-to-face interview. We have no operations in Detroit. I reported this errant report to Glassdoor, and they are refusing to remove it.
