Owner contacted me via linkedin.com had phone interview, then an in person interview. He then had me do a zoom interview with another manager, ask me for references, etc. Then strung me along for SEVEN WEEKS waiting for him to make a decision. Every Monday for seven weeks they said we'll make a decision this friday, Low and behold after all that time they finally made a choice. Really unprofessional process, and a waste of time.
