Most unprofessional hiring practice. Recruiters ghost you after loop stages even after multiple follow ups. Is a simple “sorry you are not selected” that difficult to let candidate have? If your recruiter is Amirah or Karima be prepared to be ghosted without closure
3 round interviews, hr, manager, senior manager. They want to hire people with compliance experience, if you don't have, don't waste your time. Otherwise, you will get a rejection letter after 3 rounds.

Overly demanding (6 rounds of interview, 45 minutes each), lengthly, time-consuming and disrespectful of applicants' time.
I met with the hiring manager, and then the rest are individuals from other teams that this role will work with. Half of the interviewers gave me an impression that they were not prepared for the interviews and indifferent. One of them showed up really tired and exhausted, yawned a few times during the interview.
After interviewed for 6 rounds, the reject reason was lack of relevant experience, which is disrespectful of my time because my experience was detailed in the resume already. Also, few weeks after I was rejected, same position was posted in the US.
I applied for multiple positions and one of the positions was cancelled in the middle of the interview process. It feels like they are not structured and do not know what they want.

Some basic questions about your working background, introduce yourself and a bunch of behavioural questions associated to their values.
For behavioural questions, they will inform you which value they will focus on in the interview, however this is not always true, one of the interviewers asked about other values in my experience, so better prepare for all of them.
