The overall interview process was nicely coordinated and scheduled. In each step, I was guided by the hiring manager so I knew exactly when and who I will have my interview with. The hiring manager also provided me with interview tips and pointed me to the resources where I could prepare for my interview. No one likes waiting, especially when it comes to waiting for your interview decisions. What makes this entire experience so great is that they really aim to get back to you as soon as possible so that you are never left feeling uncertain or worrying. I was able to hear back within 2 days for each stage which is really great! The interview stages are long, I did meet around 6 different people from the team. But I think it is a great opportunity for both sides. I was able to get an idea of the people I will be working with ahead of time, so that really helped me to decide if this is the place for me as much as they are also seeing if I will be a good fit for the team. Overall, the experience is really great! None of the interviews were heavy, intense in any way. But more like a conversational get-to-you type of chat.
