I was disappointed with the recruitment process for the Account Executive role. After completing the assignment, I was informed that I ranked in the top 12% of candidates and was invited to schedule an interview with a manager, as well as attend a seminar, which I did. I also invested significant time preparing for the process and researching the company.
However, the interview was canceled the following day without any feedback or explanation. While I understand that hiring processes can be competitive and decisions may change, canceling interviews after candidates have advanced through multiple stages and committed additional time felt unprofessional and dismissive of candidates’ efforts.
I believe the company could improve the candidate experience by providing clearer communication and being more considerate of applicants’ time and commitment.

The only interview question I was asked took place during the seminar and was: " Tell me about yourself and why you want to work in sales?"

My first contact was with the recruiter. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. This initial call was a conversational interview to ensure I am a fit for the role and made sense to move on to the next step. Final interview was with the Senior VP.

Questions were mostly about integrity and drive as this was for a sales role. They want to ensure you're a good fit and can respond well to the nature of the role.

Incredibly weird and unprofessional. I applied on Indeed and within a couple of hours, I was sent a link for a personality test, which was a page asking which traits you think are expected of you at work, and the next page was asking which traits you have. Within about 3 hours of submitting, I got a call I missed leaving me a scripted response saying they only reach out to about 1/3 of the people who apply and I was chosen and to call back for an “interview”. I got a text from a different number a couple of minutes later. I tried to call back and got a voicemail, so I texted back and asked available times. It was noon. The only reply I got was “today at 4 pm?” I got no confirmation, I tried to call and text again to see if the interview was confirmed for that time. I got a call about 3:56 from the same number and it was so awkward. It was the same person who originally called, still completely scripted and she sounded like she would rather be anywhere but talking to me. I was asked if I knew what they did and then asked what my sales experience was and then was told the hiring manager would possibly reach out for an interview Monday (this was Friday). Didn’t hear anything. Tried to contact multiple ways with questions, no one ever replied. At this point, if I were contacted I would not even waste my time anymore with this company.
