There was an aptitude test at first, lasting about half an hour to an hour. Shortlisted candidates were then interviewed.
The interview was a generic one, with a few technical questions thrown in.

programming in java. for interviews, prepare on Linux and networking concepts and of course programming concepts. Also, having good knowledge of database and mysql would be a plus. if you have prepared for ccna even a bit, it will be very helpful
