The interview process was very informal. First I applied from their website and did not hear back for quite some time. However, one fine day got a call from the head of the department. We went over basics of wht I have done etc and how I fit for the job. Later a panel was formed with another head of deparments and again went over the resume, why I chose to apply, passion etc.
