Several interviews both technical and non-technical. Non-technical interview has a heavy focus on company culture and if you are a fit for the company. Internal recruiting team will manage your interview process.

The initial discussion was with a recruiter. They were polite and had some scripted questions to go over. (Basics about VMware and MS infrastructure). Second interview was with a few higher ups including a C-level named "the Colonel." He introduced himself as former military. I'll be honest that reference rubbed me the wrong way, all due respect to military and former military, but rank designation in a civilian role gave me an unsound feeling. (Nothing against former military management, 2/3 of my last managers were ex-military and are some of my favorite managers! I do not address them as their military rank and they do not expect it.) Had that been the only "red flag" I would have brushed it off and still been interested. The second issue was the seemingly "work to the bone" mentality that seemed to be the corporate culture/philosophy. If I was right out of college, I'd probably be up for this role as it would definitely be trial by fire and it would be a ton of fun! I am not at a point in my life where the constantly "on" is appealing. They sent me a predictive index test after the second interview. At this point I had given some thought and was confident I did not want the position with the company. I took the test out of curiosity if they would send me the results, they did not. Over all it was a decent interview process, albeit the company was not a good fit for me personally. Their product looks interesting though!
