They have a recruiter reach out. Your first interview is with the recruiter and then have a phone interview with the Delivery Manager Supervisors. Even though they say you don't need IT experience they actually do. And once they decide they don't like you shun you. Reached out multiple times after my interview and never got a single response. And tried applying to other positions at the company but don't even get considered. They are very weird with their hiring process.

They have a long interview process. My first interview went great and got me very excited about the company and opportunity. But the second interview was a conference call and was very short and awkward. I was very enthusiastic and did my homework for both interviews. But during the second interview both of the lead mangers were very short and seemed uninterested in the interview all together. I tried to stay positive and knew I had experience wanted. But I guess not enough they called saying they wanted a more technical background.
