Long and multi-step interview process with many stakeholders. Overall a good chance to meet the team. I liked the opportunity to understand what was being worked on. Appreciated the input and candor of the folks I'd be working with.

Had a great interview process until I met with the CEO. He seemed very uninterested and he asked me the same question in different ways a few times, which left me feeling stumped.
I genuinely was excited about joining but I had a bad feeling after meeting with the CEO. He did not seem to represent the company values. He seemed like he wanted to get the interview over with and was unengaged.
What a shame since everyone else was great.

The initial stages of the interview process were good. The team was warm, responsive, and the conversations felt thoughtful. Things shifted during the case study stage. I was asked to present my work to the entire marketing team, which immediately made the session feel less like an assessment and more like a collaborative brainstorming session for them.
I completed the case study and walked through my reasoning, but shortly after presenting, I was rejected with no meaningful feedback. The timing and setup made the experience feel more like idea-gathering than a fair evaluation. It didn’t leave a great impression.
