Entrevista
Started with a standard HR meet and greet, followed by hiring manager and then a peer interview. The hiring manager did the interview while driving home from their Dr appt (which was off putting). The last I heard from them was an email at 630 am on a Saturday from the HR recruiter saying they would have decisions wrapped up within a week and I never heard anything since.

Standard engineering management type questions. How to keep engineers motivated, how to support a burned out engineer, etc
Initial 30 minute HR screen followed by interview with the hiring director. Insulted my experience and spoke down to me regarding my "official title" and disregarded my experience and actual roles and responsibilities. I was really excited at the prospect to work for this company and the experience absolutely turned me away.
