I had a total of three (3) interviews with the company. The process was very organized. The interviewer was unable to give a succinct assessment of the property's performance during the third interview. If an interviewee has progressed this far, I believe that would be a significant conversation to have. Either she was unaware, or she didn't want to share the facts. I started to wonder why the interview was even happening at that point. Why am I meeting with the corporation for the third time if we cannot discuss the specifics of the property? I was not selected for the position, but I had to follow-up with the company to find out. The follow-up letter was only sent by recruiting in response to my original follow-up query.

I had a phone call interview that lasted about 20 minutes. I thought it went well. They asked about my experience around managing apartments, and experience with goverment programs related to apartmens. The interviewer took lots of notes. I was then told that I would hear back, but the person who would be handling the next steps in the process was on vacation. I waited for a week and heard nothing, then I sent a follow up email to the person who interviewed me, but she sent no reply. Now it has been more than 3 weeks, and still nothing. I assume they moved on, but atleast send an email saying you've found someone else. Now even if they called me back, I wouldn't accept the job from a company who doesn't treat the people they are interviewing with enough respect to even let them know they moved on.
