The first interview was with a recruiter, the second was with someone on the marketing team. I thought it went well and I felt positive about it. I followed up with the recruiter twice and was ghosted, and then saw the job reposted on LinkedIn. I find it rude and disrespectful to not even have the decency to let candidates know you’re not interested. I’m qualified for the role so who are these people hiring???
