Spoke with a great HR rep and had a pleasant conversation brief overview of the role and asked about overall experience. I did have a problem though when it came to their interviewing process and advice for this company - having a great interview with the hr recruiter indicated my resume will move forward. great. stated I should be receiving a call next week. well, I never recieved a call but according to the rep the physicians looked at my resume and stated they would call. They never did. Hr rep proceed to inform me that if I do not hear from anyone to let him know by the next day afternoon. I never recieved a call, informed hr rep and casually I was inform that it was believed the role had been filled. The unprofessionalism of this organization. I would not recommend to even apply. Completely appaulled. Not to forget to mention though a wonderful conversation with the hr rep he was evidently 'pulled into a training' as we had a call scheduled for sometime around 2pm and we didn't connect until almost 4pm.
