I applied online, then was contacted by a member of the talent team to set up an interview. They were super friendly and helpful ahead of the interview, as well as during, only to then reject me a couple of days later with an automated email. I reached out for feedback but have been ignored. Personally I think that when someone takes the time to prepare and do an interview, the least a talent team can do is provide individualised feedback - it is what other companies do!
