The facility was hard to find with the construction going on and trying to find parking in deck was difficult. Once inside, the place was very clean and had modern feel. I was interviewed by the hiring manager, she read me questions to answer off a paper. When I answered the questions, she would elaborate on my answer and ended up talking more than me. She talked how the clients were and how some want to be catered to. After we talked for 25mins, she then gave me a tour of the center. I met some clients and the other customer service rep, whom position was being replaced. We went back to office where the interview was taking place. She didn't talk about pay or benefits, she just explained the work schedule. We talked few more minutes then she walked me to the front and I left. 5 days later I get an email saying the position was put on hold again.
