I filled out the profile online, and was contacted a few days later by the branch manager wanting an interview. When I came in for the interview, everything went very well. We established great rapport regarding the position, what was expected, and what she was looking for. We spoke at length for about an hour, and she really didn't ask a lot of the typical interview STAR formatted questions. Overall, she stated to give her about 2 weeks to make a decision as she was still having other interviews and such. When I contacted her about 2 and a half weeks later, the bank staff stated she was always out of the location, or either busy. I can take a hint, and since moved on and accepted an offer with another bank. Pity really, her and Region's loss though.

I applied online and interviewed about two weeks later at Regions. I met with the hiring manager and they asked me some basic questions about my experience. They then explained the role and all of the job duties expected.

3 steps interview process. It was fairly easy and they were very nice. Everything went very well and was offered the job in 2 weeks. Training was about 4 weeks in Atlanta, GA

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty straightforward, HR contacts you and you do a phone interview, once you move forward you’re interviewed by one of the Team Leads, who then in turn either offer you the position or let you know you don’t seem like a great fit. From there it takes about a week ( or more if you’re a prior hire) to hear from them. Overall, it’s about a 2 week process, and they do provide equipments
