The interview process went very well. My interview was virtual with the hiring manager and another manager. The interview took a total of 45-50 mins to complete. The managers on the virtual call were very nice and insightful. They answered every question I had for them. Also, the interviewers would briefly explain how their questions should be answered before I answered them.

Describe to me a time that you encountered an irate customer. What was the reason that the customer was upset and how were you able to handle it?
When thinking of meeting deadlines, how sufficient are you in completing your tasks on time. What was the task? Who assigned that task for you to complete and how accurately were you able to complete it?
They asked me to sell them a stapler asked me about my schedule and previous experience why I was interested in the job while attending school. overall they were standard interview questions heard back about 2 weeks later

Great process! Super easy!! Two interviews: one with the head of HR and the next was with the manager of the branch I’d be working at...and then I was hired! Great company with wonderful starting pay.
